Through my own journey of self-discovery & deep personal healing, I discovered my truth, liberated myself from limiting thought patterns, expanded my conscious awareness, restored my health & aligned myself with a higher way of being. I discovered & learned how to use my strengths & gifts, so that I could be in service to help transform the lives of others.

High Frequency Energy Alignment
High frequency energy work helps recharge & balance your energy system. Receiving energy healing can help remove blockages that are keeping you feeling stuck, frustrated & stressed. I work with a gentle yet profound, Shamanic energy, which works on the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and energetic bodies. Energy work helps us rebalance and reconnect to our true nature, the natural world and our life force. It is highly effective for releasing stress, anxiety & restoring an overall sense of well-being.
These sessions are 1:1 and available to book as single sessions or block of 6, which is highly recommended to achieve the optimum results. Studio sessions are held at Wellness 34, Hurstpierpoint.

Together we explore the belief system & seek to identify the core beliefs, the original seeds that over time grew into something restrictive in your life experience. During a session, I will work with you to assist you to eliminate limiting beliefs & patterns from your subconscious mind, energy field, and all other layers of your being. Liberating yourself from limiting patterns helps clear the obstacles that are preventing you from reaching your next level.

After decades of struggling to find my way in life, deep feelings of dis-satisfaction began to surface in my mid-forties and made me begin to question the life I was living.
When I received a Breast Cancer diagnosis in 2021, my life crumbled into ashes & I fell to my knees exhausted. The shock of the diagnosis shattered everything I knew to be true about myself, my relationships & my connection to life. The diagnosis gave me the golden opportunity to reset my whole life. What at first felt like a crisis became a golden gift & life-changing opportunity.
Following a two-year intense journey of self-discovery & self-healing work, I successfully cleared the threat of Breast Cancer from my body with my own holistic healing approach. I stopped everything I was doing & focused on recovering myself, learned new tools & began to transform my relationship with my body & life.
Before committing to my own self-discovery journey, I'd spent 20 years working in highly stressful environments that were not aligned with my natural way of being or my unique gifts. I was attempting to live a life in conflict with my soul that was not sustainable.
My determination and commitment to find my own way to heal was my driving force. I remembered how to listen, to feel and trust my body again after years of feeling completely numb and disconnected. I recovered the strong belief that the body can heal naturally. Rediscovering who I am and what I am truly capable of achieving when truly challenged, really was a life turning point.
Through my own healing & commitment to personal transformation, I have found a fulfilling life purpose. Being able to offer support & guide others to find their truth & lead them through the process of awakening & healing is my heart-felt offering.

What is Shamanism ?
Universal Shamanism is an ancient practice, not owned by any culture, tradition or time. As all ancient spiritual practices are rooted in connection to nature, shamanism is the method by which we return to the natural healing rhythms of creation.
Through this practice we bring healing to ourselves, our communities and our planet. Shamanism reconnects us back to our true nature, the natural world, and the Source of all Creation.
I am not or do I call myself a “Shaman.” In many circles, the word “Shaman” has become a metonym for all spiritual religious leaders and healers within indigenous cultures.
I am initiated & trained in Universal Shamanism, through a lineage called Guided Energy MedicineTM.
At its core essence, Universal Shamanism is about bringing light to the darkness. The word “Shaman” is a Siberian word that means “one who sees in the dark,” or “Spiritual Healer.”
Shamanism reconnects us back to our true nature, the natural world, and the Source of all Creation. It’s an initiation into the unseen world whereby we realign all parts of ourselves with Source.
Shamanism is not something to be studied and grasped through the mind – it is to Instead experience through direct revelation.
I believe we all have shamanic gifts and abilities, and we all have shamanism in our ancestral lineages.
What is energy healing ?
I am attuned to a profound yet gentle type of Shamanic Energy Healing named Guided Energy Medicine™. This works on the physical, mental, emotional, Spiritual and energetic bodies. Energy work helps us rebalance and reconnect to our true nature, the natural world and our life force energy. It is highly effective for releasing stress, anxiety & restoring an overall sense of well being.
Guided Energy Medicine™ is a lineage of quantum transformational healing and spiritual counseling that harnesses a powerful frequency that we believe offers physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. This is an incredibly transformative path of awakening.
The shamanic energy work I practice works within the energy field that surrounds our body and holds the imprints, traumas, programming and conditioning of our past, and of our ancestral timelines. From this place, we’re able to dismantle the root cause of what is keeping us stuck and unable to move forward in our lives.
Do I need to book multiple
sessions ?
It is not required & a single session can be hugely beneficial. For deeper healing work, multiple sessions build upon the last & have the potential to create bigger impact in your life experience.
What is limiting belief work ?
I am certified in Core Belief Work™ – a powerful shamanic tool which I learned under the guidance of spiritual leader Rose Cole.
I refer to this work in my own practise as Limiting Belief & Pattern Work .During a session, I will work with you to assist you to eliminate limiting beliefs from your subconscious mind, energy field, and all other layers of your being.
This is an advanced path of shamanic energy medicine…
What do I bring to a group session ?
For all group sessions & circles, mats & cushions are provided for your comfort. If you would like to bring extra cushions or blankets to keep you feeling cozy, please do. Bring something to keep you rehydrated. Please come as your natural self & avoid wearing overpowering scents or perfumes. We welcome your favorite essential oil.
What can I expect in a energy session ?
It's natural to feel a little nervous energy when trying something new, try not to let this overwhelm you. We will be meeting in person in a calming studio space, using the floor space with mats, cushions & blankets to keep you comfortable. We can use a chair if it is more comfortable for you. You are not required to remove clothing, so please wear something you feel relaxed in. We begin with grounding in the space, getting comfortable & a little conversation to express what you would like to focus on. When you feel ready, we move into the energy work & you simply rest & receive. There is an opportunity to share any insights at the end.

My Journey to Wellness.
" My physical body was exhausted, all of my energy drained. I was under extreme stress, anxious & fearful of what was coming next, I was deep in survival mode. This was my rock bottom, it felt like I had nothing more to give & I was defeated. And then the turning point that changed my life, a Breast Cancer Diagnosis in January 2022 woke me up. The diagnosis helped me realize I was worth fighting for & I could choose to be my own hero. I could choose to get myself out of the dark hole I was surviving in & could choose not to be a victim.
I knew I had to create big changes if I wanted to overcome the challenge of cancer & really begin living instead of barely surviving. There was no one else left to blame, nowhere left to hide & no one was coming to save me. I knew with such clarity that the solution to the problem was within me & I chose to dive deep into healing myself. It is a universal truth, the only way out is through. .........."
My path to wellness has led me through multiple battles. I reclaimed my self-worth & self-esteem by facing my shadows, my fears and acknowledging past patterns that were keeping me stuck in a victim mindset.
